We leave Luxor on the 7.15am plane for Cairo where we catch the MS777 at 9.30am for Heathrow.   Our mini bus will pick us up from the terminal and we will arrive in Cheshire at around 6.30pm

We may vary the above programme when we know exactly what Egyptian Rotary Clubs have in store for us, but should be able to allow partners to see all sights mentioned without a surfiet of Rotary and there may be optional extra alternatives.  Several days will be arranged in two halves enabling people to stay in hotel and relax or …. Whilst much of the programme will be flexible, we shall need to tell Rotary Clubs approx how many visitors to expect before end of March.

We are arranging for m/bus transport throughout the Cairo and Alexandria section.  Jeanne, our tour leader from Congleton is an experienced guide but we may require Egyptian Guides in Cairo and Luxor

Please note that this is a privately arranged trip and NOT a company – we are all paying our own way – and can accept no liability under Trade Descriptions Act but will use our best endeavours to satisfy your requirements within the constraints of the group. You should ensure that you have adequate medical and travel insurance arranged – if not, we may be able to make some suggestions.

Apart from Cairo we will stay in 4 to 5 star hotels, the hotels are on a bed and breakfast basis. Dinners will be in good interesting restaurants for those who want to join the party.

The bus will be air -conditioned and for the long journeys a packed lunch will be provided on the bus. All transfers are provided in the price.

We are offering interesting sites which are off he beaten track plus the famous sites of Egypt; we believe in giving our clients a special holiday without the rush and bustle of some tours.
